m👁️psychosis

When trauma remains unacknowledged, the psyche does not forget.

Instead, it fractures.

What is buried beneath consciousness continues to shape perception, behavior, and identity — often creating confusion, disconnection, and the subtle distortion of reality itself.

For much of my life, I experienced this distortion as a dense psychological fog.
A response to trauma that led me to mistrust myself, neglect my own needs, and direct my energy outward in a constant search for acceptance and love.

Looking back, I can see that many of my actions during that time were driven by fear and control, born from pain that had never been understood.

This state — the collision of unresolved trauma and fractured perception — is what I came to recognize as m👁️psychosis.
